SFMR may have been high- I had low vis in most of storm enviro
Transitional from subtropical to tropical. 

Val comment:  
credit was given as "on time" by CARCAH during the mission, due to bad coordinates.

We'll take...and ruled on time...because of the bad forecast postion"
The orig POD position was over 90nm closer to Florida than the actual fix position (27.0N 67.0W)
Then, the showtime coord (presumably what Leesa put down on "Tasking" line) and the enrte update
(27.9 64.9) was 48nm short of the actual fix.
