REMARKS:
This was one of those "hybrid" invests that the customer has been tasking of late (they cannot decide
wether it is an invest or a fix mission).   NHC/CARCAH decided to set the leg lengths in the pre-mission brief
so that is why the legs were so long.


Also, the drop was a fast-faller, so it was decided not to send it

Froelich is in storm training and Dyke is in Instructor upgrade 
training.
