REMARKS:
Switched to spare aircraft - main reason for missing the 18Z criteria

Dropsonde 1@ 1829Z HSS(A) = 7582m; HSS(Dropsonde) =  7597m

Several aircraft problems caused us to leave the invest area early 
and also climb to 5000ft.
Finding all four winds were not done, but pretty certain we flew thru 
the center of what is now being called TD 10.
