REMARKS:
Take off KBIX: 17:20z
Land KBIX: 17:30z (quick currency flight for NAV (Sid) who then 
deplaned) (0.1 hrs)

2nd Take-Off KBIX: 17:35z
Land St. Croix:  22:48z

Over the Gulf, System C and F were good with heights at 7590 (lined 
up with wx charts).
But A,B,D,E were showing around 7545-50 about 40 off from charts and 
GPS!!
Wrote up in green book too.
Nicole's plane (5304) also headed to St. Croix said her GPS's were 
good by RADALTS off by 20 also.

Over Bahamas regions, all systems were near 20 off. Manually adjusted Sys C by 20 to 
bring it in line with charts and sonde.  Also, lots of problems with intermittant
GPS FOM issues for both C and F.
