REMARKS:
Hygrometer worked at high level, until we got into clouds at FL 230, 
190, and 150 on the way to 
the storm.  In clouds, it read 1-2 degrees higher than TA.   After 
descending to storm altitude (050)

 it never snapped out of it.  It continued to read higher than the TA 
by 1-2 degrees
Not sure if this sensor is a new one or not.  MABCs didn't help snap it into shape.  rmh
