REMARKS:
System Issues.
Hygrometer INOP. 
ATC Constraints - FL050; UNABLE to operate within 150nm of storm 
center (overwater)
without shutting down traffic.

FM TEAL OPS:
I just finished coordinating with Houston.  The 150 NM ring around 
the center through them off.  Here are your restrictions.  You need 
to operate in the following box.

1) N29.5 W094 2) N29.5 W092 3) N29W091 4) N29 W090
5) N27 W094   6) N27 W090


FM CARCAH:
K!....forecaster not interested west......after fix from SE....
hit your northern most boundary.....and drive back east along the 
coast to your eastern boundary 90W
...most interested in winds to east...
then drive a half degree south and see if you can get a a 3rd fix
before it goes over your northern boundry 29.5N from there
