REMARKS:
Tail swap due to ATCS (auto throttle control system) failure.  Late take off.  Made first fix!  
Launched eyewall sondes both sides first fix (SE failed - fast fall.  Extra sonde requested at 
NE entry point during second fix.  Found 109 kt FL wind along first crosstrack.  Routing change
for 3d fix (enter SE exit NE) prompted two eyewall releases, but NE eyewall drop failed (launch
detect too early; recorded acft grnd spd as FL wind!).  And collapse of eyewall on fourth fix 
cause us to miss NW eyewall sonde request from fcstr.  11 sondes reqd, 10 released, 8 good.  
SFMR lined up well with first two sonde releases and continued to work well entire flight.  
Dewpoint hygrometer worked well until FL 300
