REMARKS:
Harter made first two fixes, Hendry the 2nd two fixes, swapped out after 
the turn point, 1100Z (5.1 hrs first half)
Training notes: this is a good one for:

- making max wind sonde releases

- timing: the strong tailwind in the north half of the storm threw us 
off: had to kill time
also made some jinks for turbc paining on radar, as well as timing

-dropped a sonde onto eleuthra

- switched to sys C, after changing the GAF to make it match A, due 
to all the islands
