REMARKS:
RTB for INOP radar on 5300 (lightning strike near plane) 
Flt time on that was 1.8 hrs
R1 taken on 5300
Continued with R2 on 5302
Note: 12Z requirement was late because of the INOP radar and return 
to TISX for spare, however, due to the fast work of the ground support folks, the turn 
was VERY EFFICIENT and it saved a "late" rather than getting a missed.
