REMARKS:
Upgraded to TS HARVEY at show time (1800Z).
Three fix mission, enter 90 N to fix, exit 75 SE, enter NE, 75 to fix, then exit 
75 to NW, then enter from SW, 75 to fix, exit N 75 to home.  Drops reqd at fixes.
TD did uncommanded recycle near 2037:20Z, recovered, TD went to -40, then cycled
around -14 until 2135:40, then jumped to +27.  Stayed there until descent into 
storm.  Ambient temp -16 at FL 240.  Turned TD off as TD continued to climb 
during descent.  At 5000 ft, TD report 70C. Wrote up
Three fixes pretty much as normal except after second fix, AC elected to climb 
to 700 mb (wind 51 kts,  no turbc), and outbound 61 kt sfc wind prompted a max 
wind drop after third fix.  
Upgraded HARVEY from wk TS to mdt TS.  Lots of lightning all three fixes.  Good 
spiral band showed up on third pass, nearly pinpointed FL cntr.
