REMARKS:
2 fixes. 2 sonde drops.  sondes appeared to have a splash pt 
difference of 4nm on each sonde compared
to their respective vdm's.  systems appeared good otherwise. this plane/mission picked up the 12z fix
after returning 5309 for radar and fadec issues after the 06z fix.
