REMARKS:
ATC delay issues just prior to inbound leg; NY would not accept us 
from JAX and could not descend to 5K.
roughly 30min of delay/holding.

SFMR would not display brightness temps over 80; only top2 channels 
displayed.  error 9.99
rebooted SFMR power and processer; no luck.  CARCAH subsequently 
added a drop in the SE max
wind band.

CARCAH requested 75NM legs: initial coords ~50 NM off.
