REMARKS:
Late takeoff due to:
1. Current Ops.  Gave up 45 minutes of our "on time" window by flight 
planning us to get there at 1745Z 
instead of 1700Z ("middle of window" is logical when on 6-hrlies, but 
not single alpha pattern)
2. Weather.  On lightning hold for a long time
3. Mx/Tail swap.  While on wx hold in heavy rain, APU bogged 
down/quit.  
4. Refuel and bird severe.
5. Updated coordinates in flight.

CARCAH requested third fix and 75NM legs on this msn.

5 sondes  (1 bad sonde/fast fall in NE max wind band); 3 vdms; 8 
reccos.
