REMARKS:
Took 17 reboots to get software started, and then I lost the 
hygromter information.
Made 2 fixes, the required fix was on time.  Had to leave just before 
00Z due to radar 
degrading and eventually failing. SFMR worked well.  High wind speeds 
in convection 
well away from the center.  Convection not organized.
