REMARKS:
INVEST in Bay of Campeche. 19.7N 93W
System check DROP @ KELPP. Systems look good matched up well with the 
sonde and model guidance.
Good confidence in the systems.

Updated COORD: 20N 93W

Boxed pattern for the circulation. Found indications of a circulation 
with 4-10kts winds.  CARCAH assumed control of the mission
for the forecasters to collect data (wind field).  Did not FIX the 
circulation-per CARCAH instruction.
