Sondes on fixes and in SE and NE max wind bands. 8 released, 7 good, one point missed. SFMR lined up well with sondes on first 3 drops. Suspect water may have invaded SFMR on outbound leg (pic saved) After second fix, NHC upgraded to hurricane at 0600Z! Inbound recco for third fix tried to encode 17 deg 60 min for lat. This value crashed Msn Mgr at least twice before I discovered the problem. Had another instance 11:13:00Z) of FL max wind on 10 sec data greater than max wind on 30 sec databy more than 2 kts.
