REMARKS:
one drop was done at 5000 ft (850mb / 1521m) for center fix - just
sent for info only

mission started out as a fix, but turned into an INVEST
thought i found a center (trof line endpoint), didnt send VDM via CARCAH request
started invest and searched for winds with help by CARCAH (forecasters)
let loose early by CARCAH because system was a large low pressure trof line

video recorder quit twice during mission. no significant data was able to be 
obtained.  sent a SATCOM to MX about issue.  thinking it is the data cable 
that connects the load pallet to the video recorder coming loose.
