 No Vortex Message: Very Broad Low at SFC (although NHC was throwing out the carrot)

REMARKS:
In the L/V wind areas, SFMR SST was adjusted upwards from 30C to as high as 
35C at FL 010 to compensate for sun effects in the middle of the day. 
Otherwise, SFMR worked well. (later on it was not necessary to make the 
adjustment since the sun was no longer an issue.  Met equip good. 
Satcom locked briefly when other aircraft (5306) sent some messages out to us.  Had to 
recycle it (logged off and back on) with no further problems.

No Cals accomplished.
