REMARKS:
One sonde release at 400mb

sonde HSS: 7587

aircraft HSS: 7565 (sys A)
TA/TD  -21/-43
SWS 19kts

For the METSHOP guys:  Hygrometer INOP at low level.  Never could set 
in on a value, and if it did,  it was at or warmer than the TA. 
 Eventually I got a cascading windows error related to it:

Needless to say, the "high" grometer was written up.  

Also, at low level, the SFMR tended to over-estimate the sfc winds in 
a light wind field ( not a shocker) 
and under-estimated the surface winds by 10-15 kts when we 
encountered the 60-65KTS surface winds (visually from around 1000ft)
The FL winds were 70KTS.

No video recorder on this aircraft.
