REMARKS:
synoptic mission: square swirl (outside in)

sfmr needs to be calibrated again.  having to set SST to almost 40-44 
deg C to get correct sfc winds
could also be affected by the high altitude of 31,000-ft

msn mngr was informing me to change to the "low" angle setting.  
tried changing back to the "high" 
and the mssgs were sent without any issues

last hour...satcom didnt work at all.  it just said rcvroff.  
regardless of what i tried, it did nothing.
satcom started working about 30min before landing.  seems that it is 
a satellite issue
