REMARKS:
Tasked for 25/00, 06Z fixes.  

NHC expects TS Matthew to be overland when we get there.  We are 
tasked to drive to the Nicargua and Honduras 
boarder, then hug the coast up to 86W.  If we verify that TS Matthew 
is indeed over land, then they will probably
release us to go to KBIX.

No fix made do to being overland.  Credit given for tasked fixes.
