Did well on getting all 10 drops. Released 11 drops, 9 good and transmitted. 2 launched in NE max wind band after 3rd fix, but first was a fast faller and second had no launch detect. Started at 850 mb (first 3 fixes), but as storm strengthened, opted for safer 700 mb flight level. SFMR worked well. Used avg of sonde SST (27) and buoy SST (30) which was 29C. Kept the 28 on the VDM and the extrap SLPs were very accurate; max diff of 1 mb from sonde. Storm fairly circular and stacked. Had a closed but ragged eyewall for all but first fix (open NW), but the convection ring seemed to be getting better organized whole flight. Rare ltg in NW quad. Infrequent turbc in convection, but somewhat more common in NW quad. Usually light, rare moderate, no severe. Had many problems with a loose connection on the video recorder. Not totally sure what video I recorded, but it may be worthless.
