REMARKS:
SFMR started having major errors as we started to go into the storm 
environemnt.  the error algorithm is doing well.  starting to do better 
now...but took about 20mins

I had to set the error rate for the sfmr to 0.15 to accept readings.  
it was spiking back and forth from 0.02 to 0.25 throughout mission.

sfmr has snapped back into shape with error rate, but had to bring 
temp down to 22-23 deg in order to have the sfc winds read correctly.  

all other systems worked fine.
