REMARKS:
Hurr EARL, 02 Sep 0600 and 1200Z fixes.  Sondes at fixes and max wind 
bands in NE/NW quadrants, 8 total.  SFMR worked well.  9 sondes released, 
but only 7 good.  Missed 1 max wind sonde.  Coords updated inflight to 
28.6N 074.4W.  0600Z and 1200Z fixes on time.
EARL was Cat 4 to start, but weakened slightly on fourth fix.  
Frequent SVR TURBC on second fix (outbound eyewall), infrequent MDT TURBC 
on third fix (inbound and outbound eyewalls), infrequent turbc and infrequent
ltg other times.
