REMARKS:
A host of issues on this flight.
First; unable to cancel a message being sent in the SATCOM queue. 
Second; unable to append the mission after stopping it - trouble 
shooting the hung msg
On inbound leg RECCO was taken and the endpt. Bad msg and unable to 
clear.
So, restarted MSN MGR and NEW MSN with same ID and NAME. Took another 
RECCO to establish and endpt for the VDM to look back and calculate 
wnds and tmp. Unable to recover the old RECCOs and data and send to 
NHC. Copied files to portable drive to send back at BIX.
Continued mission.
Storm was further west than initial coords and closer to no-
overflight country airspace. Boxed in we took one pass, drove south 
and turned around for another as the center moved within Belize 
airspace. 
Miscommunication with CARCAH on exit plan. Departed the area and they 
wew thinking we could make another pass.  UNABLE.
