ACCP Notes is published three times per year by the Atlantic
Oceanographic and Meteorological Laboratory. Its purpose is to
provide a forum for presenting to the scientific community in a
timely way information and findings on ACCP related issues.
Contributions will be published without charge and will not be
copyrighted. Articles will be solicited and reviewed by the Science
Editor, Anne-Marie Wilburn. They will not be sent to outside
referees for review. Most manuscripts will not be returned to
authors for revision, provided that the articles are complete and
otherwise suitable for publication. Permission to use scientific
material contained in this bulletin must be obtained from the
authors. Articles should be submitted to the Science Editor at the
