West Track

SST and Salinity were missing.  Merged the SST and Salinity data from the TSG
files into our data file before QC'ing the data.  Latitude and Longitude were
missing from 12/22 thru 12/24.  Merged the Latitude and Longitude from the
GPS1 files into our data file before QC'ing the data. 

The data gaps along the cruise track are due to CO2 contamination problems that occurred
during the late afternoon and evening.  All data between 15:30 and 01:00 local (19:30 -
5:00 GMT) for each day have been removed from June 2002 thru January 2003.
