I8R Database

          Please refer to I8R.DES to find a chronological reference
          of all changes/updates to the I8R database since the last
          release.  I8R.DES also contains a list of fields with their
          corresponding unit of measurement and the record structure
          for the most recent release.  I8R.QC lists the WOCE QC
          flags.

          Version E is the latest release of the CGC94 database.
