To document continued performance of official forecast of the location and time of landfall.

Accomplishments:
Landfall forecast for 2002 and 2003 were archived by Sim.

FY04 proposed milestones:
Bring year 2000 study up to date by compiling error statistics for 2001, 2002, and 2003. Create a web page that tracks performance in landfall forecasting.
