Objective :
Understand and describe extreme intensity features sampled in the eyewall of Hurricane Isabel

Methods:

This will be accomplished by:

  • processing dropwindsonde and airborne Doppler data of features observed

Accomplishments:

  • Data gathered
  • Preliminary analysis complete

FY04 proposed milestones:

  • Presentation of results at 26th Conference on Hurricanes and Tropical Meteorology
