REMARKS:
bumped up system C 500mb hss by 20m based on 6z CHS sounding.
switched to system F based on persistant FOM error of 5 on first
northern periphery leg.
initially 80NM legs in the North and 150NM legs in the South. plan
modified halfway thru to get two extra
fixes for a total of 6 per CARCAH; see satcom log for details. 16
sonde drops.
