Tasked for 00z and 06z fixes - center drops from FL100.
Standard 105legs.
4 center fixes. 00Z and 06z were On Time.
11 Total Drops (10 transmitted due to 1 failure).
Additional Drops released in SW Quad to capture highest winds in storm
(102kts FL in southern X-Leg
78kts on SFMR and 72kts on sonde during last outbound leg in SW QUAD).
Encountered MOD TURB in SW and SE Quads.
SE Quad was 2nd strongest Quad.
NW and NE were not significant, and only had Trop Storm force winds.
Adjusted plan on legs, to be 150nm long in SW and SE and only 75nm
long in NW and NE.
