REMARKS:
Tasked for 00z and 06z fixes on Tropical Storm Ernesto with
coordinates of 18.8 north and 92.1 west.
Took 400mb CAL once past Louisiana en route to Storm in Bay of
Campeche.
Took RECCO OB at closest point to center (which was still over land)
at 00:25:44zulu, for the 0000Z fix.
This will count as On Time. Could not get a RADAR fix either, due to
not enough signatures to estimate anything.
We were 45min late taking off from KBIX due to Bird Condition SEVERE.
Made up the time en route, to still get an On Time for 0000z.
