Entered from NW on initial pass; first two passes revealed a center too loose and ragged to fix. radar presentation was ok; will include radar files for this mission. sonde 1 400 Hz: 7623m, sws 17kts. aircraft 400 Hz: 7594m, sfmr sws 17kts. storm upgraded from TD 5 to TS ERNESTO during this mission.
