NOAA 49RF will fly either an NHC-tasked Synoptic Surveillancd mission or an HRD-tasked Rapid Intensification experiment around Tropical Disturbance AL91. The G-IV will leave St. Croix, USVI 1730 UTC and will recover back at MacDill AFB, FL by 0200 UTC next day.
