REMARKS:
Tasked for 00Z and 06z fix on Tropical Storm Debby.
Enter SW, Exit NW.
Requested on first pass Max WND, EYE, MAX WIND, same for 2nd, 3rd
pass inbound Max Wind and eye only, 4th pass eye, and outgoing max
wind.
There were no max winds near the eye on any of the passes.
Strongest winds were always large distance away from center, so
dropped at those points, and on some cross legs.
SFC Cal on the way out.
SFMR quit working for awhile between 3/4 legs - Blue and Purple
frequencies separated, and winds went way below what they should have
been.
Wrote it up in forms. May have got water in POD. Happened after
turbulence and rain period.
