"Dear Atlantic Hurricane Database Users,

 The National Hurricane Center Best Track Change committee has given approval for release of the reanalysis of the 1915 to 1920 portion of the Atlantic basin hurricane database (HURDAT).

All storms of the era were revised in track and intensity. Eight new tropical storms were added during this period and one of the original tropical storms in HURDAT was removed."
