Files ending with .ARJ need the file archiver found in ARJ230.EXE to
unarchive them.  Just type ARJ230.EXE to self-extract the file and
get the file ARJ.EXE.  To unarchive a file called, say, FILENAME.ARJ,
use the following command:

        ARJ E FILENAME.ARJ

All the data files found within FILENAME.ARJ will then be extracted
out of the archive.

Files ending with .ZIP likewise need the unarchiver PKUNZIP.EXE found
in the self-extracting file PKZ204G.EXE.  Use this syntax:

        PKUNZIP FILENAME.ZIP

Following are other file types:

.DBF            dBase III/IV files
.XLS            Excel files
.DIR            ASCII file explaining history of data file with same
                   filename prefix
.CAT            ASCII file showing file structure of the data file with
                   the the same filename prefix.
.DAT            ASCII data file
